This validator may be used to check and/ or validate an International Bank Account Number or IBAN.
The format of an IBAN is AACCX...X which is made up as follows
| AA | A Country Identifier. This is a two character ISO Country Code. |
| CC | Check digits, also taking up two characters. These are calculated using the MOD 97-10 algorithm according to ISO 7064. |
| X...X | The Basic Bank Account Number (BBAN) which may be up to 30 characters in length. |

As well as calculating the Check Digits this validator makes a number of other checks.
